Your car directly in front of the hotel
Mobility cars can be booked by the hour. To book a car, you must first register. Registration is free of charge. Your driving licence will be checked. Once you are registered, you can make future journeys spontaneously and with any of our over 3'000 cars throughout Switzerland.
Please book your first journey after registration at least 4 hours in advance (during the day). If you want it to go faster, you can also call our Call Centre (+41 848 824 812).

You pick the vehicle, we’ll take care of the rest: The transparent Mobility drive rates are based on the vehicle category you choose and include: fuel & electricity, motor vehicle taxes, insurance, servicing, cleaning and repairs.

This is how easy Mobility is
Register
Register on your mobile phone - with your driving licence and credit card. Select the option "start driving immediately". Registration is free of charge. You will receive your login data in two e-mails (1x username and 1x password).
Book
Download the app, select the vehicle, enter the date/time (start time no earlier than 4 hours after registration) and book.
Away you go
Simply open and close the desired vehicle at the desired time via Bluetooth using the Mobility app. Our 24-hour service center is at your disposal: +41 848 824 812
Parking up
Return the vehicle to its original location and lock it again via Bluetooth.
